Step-by-Step Installation:

1. Dish Installation:

• Choose a suitable location for the satellite dish:
  • Clear line of sight to the sky (no obstructions like trees or buildings).
• Mount the dish securely on the wall or roof using the provided bracket.
• Align the dish to the Akash satellite position:
  • Refer to Akash’s manual or call their support to find the satellite’s azimuth and elevation.
  • Use a compass or satellite finder for accurate alignment.

2. Connect the LNB:

• Attach the LNB to the arm of the dish.
• Connect one end of the coaxial cable to the LNB.

3. Set-Top Box Connection:

• Place the Set-Top Box near your TV.
• Connect the coaxial cable’s other end to the STB’s Satellite In port.
• Use an HDMI cable (or AV cable for older TVs) to connect the STB to your TV.
• Plug in the power adapter to the STB.

4. Power On:

• Turn on your TV and set it to the correct input source (HDMI/AV).
• Power on the Set-Top Box using the remote or the button on the box.

5. Activate the Service:

• Follow the on-screen setup instructions.
• You may need to input your Akash DTH subscriber ID and activation code.
