In case of lost, missing, or damaged products, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:
1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped/picked up
- Prepaid orders will be refunded within 5–7 working days via original payment method
2. Delivery Refused
- If you refuse delivery at doorstep
- Refund will be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse
- Timeline: 5–7 working days
❌ Non-Refundable Cases
Refund will NOT be applicable in the following situations:
- Customer is not satisfied with product appearance or performance
- Issue not reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Product damaged due to misuse or electrical issues
- Used or physically damaged products

- Once the order is marked as “Shipped” or “Picked Up”, cancellation is not possible
